We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using your Ossilence Adjustable Anti-Snore Mouthpiece for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, please contact us at hello@ossilence.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request because your order may have already entered the processing phase.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are still unsatisfied after 14 days, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery under our Money-Back Guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees paid during checkout, if applicable, are non-refundable.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken.

Damage to external packaging during shipping, such as dents, scratches, or crushed boxes, is not considered product damage if the item itself remains functional and undamaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@ossilence.com. Include clear photos showing the damage so our team can evaluate your claim.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for products damaged through misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of every order, shipping times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other logistical issues.

Ossilence is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. If you experience a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before shipment. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
