Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it has been placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are based on the destination country and local carrier conditions.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays during holidays, peak shopping periods, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs processing delays.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delayed processing, shipping delays, or cancellation of the order. If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you via email to verify your details.

If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at hello@ossilence.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requested changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery

At Ossilence, we understand how important it is to receive your order promptly. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Examples include carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs inspections, transportation issues, payment verification delays, or temporary inventory shortages.

If your order is affected by a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

Please note that Ossilence cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or other external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at hello@ossilence.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a lost package claim, as they may require additional information from the recipient.

Our team will also work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide updates whenever possible.

Lost or stolen packages are not automatically eligible for refunds under our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement order at our discretion.

If the carrier confirms that the package cannot be located, we may recommend filing a police report for stolen deliveries.
